SkillsForMED Workshop
We will reinforce the best practices of a skill in a workshop. Our workshops are interactive,
consisting of hands on training using manikins and role plays of real life scenarios.
We keep the number of learners to a small group to make it more effective.
SkillsForMED Nursing Procedure Manual
We have developed a workshop manual to provide standardised best practices training. It is concise, colourful and provides a stepwise approach for learning skills and procedures. It mirrors the standard operating procedure or SOP, by a pictorial representation of the best practices.
SkillsForMED Workplace Assessment Tools
We use assessment tool to assess the implementation of the best practices at the bedside.
We provide feedback to the learner that would help them correct their mistakes and incorporate the best practices as part of daily routine.
