This course also provides a brief on other standard precautions such as cough etiquette, ensuring sharps safety, safe injection and infusion practices, managing a spill, biomedical waste management, engineering control measures, cleaning and disinfection of an equipment based on Spaulding classification, patient care equipment cleaning and linen management.
